Clover Dairy Cream UHT 500ml is an ultra-high temperature (UHT) treated dairy cream made from fresh cow's milk. The UHT process provides an extended unopened shelf life while preserving its rich, creamy flavour and excellent whipping performance. It is ideal for whipping, baking, desserts, soups, sauces, pasta dishes, coffee and a wide range of sweet and savoury recipes. Once opened, it should be refrigerated and used within a few days.
