Cerebos Iodated Table Salt 500g

Seawater is concentrated in large ponds using sunlight and wind. As the water evaporates, minerals like calcium carbonate come out of solution first. This natural filtration process continues for up to two years, leaving behind brine with a very high concentration of sodium chloride (salt). Once the desired level is reached, the remaining liquid is drained and the salt crystals are harvested, washed, crushed and dried, resulting in a product that's 99.7% pure salt.
